Andrew Ho

Andrew is a director with Trinity York with over 12 years experience in private practice having graduated with fellow director Sheryll Gabutero from QUT Legal Practice in 2008, Andrew completed his Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Technology majoring in Information Systems. Andrew’s extensive legal experience includes property law, commercial law, banking and finance, financial services and litigation. Andrew has worked both in Brisbane and at the Sunshine Coast working extensively with local business owners and with individual clients. He has successfully partnered with developers to package off-the plan contracts and provide know-how of legal requirements to get their projects successfully up and running.

Andrew is Trinity York’s expert in property and commercial law and can assist our clients in anything ranging from simple buying and selling of business/property, to drawing Call Option Deeds, Loan Agreements, Trust Deeds, strategizing formation of companies, insolvency, commercial litigation, drawing wills, to protecting life estates. He has appeared in both the Magistrates Court and District Court with respect to commercial matters and has also appeared in the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal.

Having been a leader and Prefect at John Paul College at Daisy Hill, Andrew continues to be active in the local community playing for local basketball teams.  He is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin and can successfully bridge any intercultural gap when dealing with international businesses and foreign investors.
